In no event shall we be responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including loss of use, income or profits, arising out of or in connection with the purchase of your merchandise, without limitation, breach of any obligation imposed on us hereunder or in connection herewith, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

All merchandise is aftermarket and intended for carshows and offroad use only. Buyer assumes responsibility for violations of local laws and rules that may result from use of merchandise. Please check your local laws and research the item to make sure you are purchasing the correct items. We will not be responsible for any legal issues arising from the usage of any items.

All products are highly recommended to be installed professionally. We do not provide any installation assistance, otherwise provided, is (are) for reference only. We will not be responsible for any installation problems, installation fees that may be incurred during the installation of any products sold, or products damaged during the installation process.

Some products may vary slightly due to lighting, picture angles, or alternate manufacturers. Most products would not be affected. You agree to these terms by conducting the transaction. We are not responsible for any custom/brokerage fees, taxes or duties related to international orders.

We reserve the right to refuse to service, and or cancel any order at any time, for any reason. You will be notified about the cancellation either by email or phone. If we have already received your payment we will fully refund you for the payment received.

In the case that all or part of your order contains items that are backordered, we will ship the in-stock items and notify you about the status of your remaining order. Once the backordered items are available, they will be shipped and we will provide you with updated shipping information.

The pictures, graphics and texts in this website are property of None of these materials should be used without written consent. Unauthorized use of these materials may lead to criminal or civil lawsuits.

We reserve the right to change prices without previous notification, and price adjustments will not be applied to your original order. Please note that actual products may differ slightly from pictures. We are not responsible for typographical, pricing, product information, advertising or shipping errors.

Policy on Returns & Pricing

We accept returns on all items within 14 days of purchase unless specified otherwise. Return Acceptance Policy is as follows:

Items may be returned for replacement if the item was wrong, or was defective in the box. If the item is received damaged, the shipping company will be responsible for this and we will assist you in getting a refund from them. If something is wrong, we will do our best to replace it ASAP with the right part, if and only if, it was the sole fault of All items returned for a refund will be subject to a 25% restocking fee with the exception being the part not being right for the application. In that case a replacement will be issued unless there is no replacement available.

If you need to return something to be repaired or replaced, please contact us by clicking here. If the item is damaged due to negligence, it will be returned to you at your expense. Please let us know up front exactly what is wrong with the product to avoid any problems or delays. 

All information submitted to us is private. We do not rent, sell nor distribute information to anyone. We respect your privacy. 

All Prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price variance, we will notify you prior to shipping. is not responsible for any typographical errors on the description or pricing of products. Due to the large amount of products and frequency of new incoming products, typographical errors can occur. We reserve the right to change price or make corrections without notice.

All customers must first prepay for all orders. Personal and company checks will be held for up to 10 business days. All parts in stock will be sent when payment is received and cleared unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders must be cancelled by the customers or will be automatically shipped upon their availability. All returned checks are subject to $25.00 return check fee. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable.

Special orders and all kinds of “kits” cannot be returned. All other merchandise that customers are not satisfied with and would like to return, must be approved prior to being returned and within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A Return Authorization number will be issued to the purchaser. The RA Number must be written on the outside of the package or on a note included with the package being returned. Any returns must be unused, unaltered, unpainted, and in brand new condition. Any returnable items must be carefully packed in original packaging or better if the original packaging is not in good condition. Purchaser is advised to insure the returned goods for their full value for their own protection, since neither nor the shipping company would be responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in transit.

Damaged products are not considered defective. Wrong product ordered you as the buyer, not considered wrong products sent. It is the end-users responsibility to order the correct part for the correct application. If purchaser tried to assemble merchandise it is considered used and not returnable. We do not refund or accept returns on used merchandise. Any shipment returned unauthorized by may not be accepted, returned shipping charges would be incurred upon the buyer. Any shipment sent freight collect or any other method that is not approved by us will be refused and returned to the customer at their own expense. Refund will not be issued on returned merchandise damaged on the way back to us, until the settlement of the claim with the carrier.

The amount of the refund to the purchaser for the damaged returned merchandise would depend upon the settled claim amount. Customers returning merchandise are subject to pay for all shipping, return shipping costs, a 25% service and restocking fee on the product purchase price (exclude shipping and handling). Upon receipt of the retuned merchandise, shall determine whether the product in question is in brand new condition. Pictures are required to demonstrate true defect or issue on products prior to return. NO cash refunds. Shipping and handling fees is non-refundable. All final sale items are non-returnable. No exceptions.

Back Orders
Parts in stock will be sent out ASAP (2-14 business days) unless otherwise specified by the customer. All back orders must be cancelled by the customers or will be automatically shipped upon parts availability. Status of any order may change without notification. We do our best to provide excellent and accurate service to our customers. We also encourage customers to contact us for assistance.



Shipping / Damages

Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for shipping and handling charges, as well as any charges incurred by the carriers. Buyer is responsible for all re-delivery charges that may occur when buyer misses scheduled delivery appointment. All international customers are responsible for their own customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, etc. We will not be responsible for any international customs clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, etc. Some trucking companies may require brokerage services. We are not responsible for any brokerage services what so ever. All orders will be shipped via the most economical method chosen by

All products are sold brand new; we are not responsible for any damage due to the shipping. All packages sent will have a signature-required service on them. No specification on who signs for the package at the delivery address. Signature required may not be available to some locations. Any product picked up should be inspected before signing. Once you have signed, we assume you have received and inspected the merchandise to be in brand new condition. Signing invoice will void your liability. Customers must check all merchandise before signing. We use UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL except in cases of oversized merchandise. We pack all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occur occasionally in transit. Any damage during shipment is the responsibility of the carrier; therefore the purchaser must make all damage claims directly to the carrier. In case of damage retain all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for the carrier to inspect. Never refuse shipment or return it without approval since your right to make a damage claim may be denied.

If the damage is apparent upon receipt, accept the merchandise and notate the damage and irregularities (such as crushed, torn, or broken packing) on the freight bill and have the driver sign it as verification. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of arrival (where the box is intact but the merchandise inside is damaged is considered a concealed damage), then it must be reported to the shipping company within 24 working hours after receipt of shipment. After carrier has inspected the damaged merchandise, the carrier will determine whether to pay for repair cost or replacement value of the damaged goods. Replacement value is not negotiable. It is the amount that you paid for the product only. We are not responsible for any repair cost. Repair cost is an arbitrary amount, which can be negotiated with the carrier.
Damage may occur during transporting of goods. Any damage during shipment process will be the responsibility of the shipping company. All parts must be inspected before the driver leaves or else claims can be denied by the shipping company. All disputes as to settlements or related to settlements should be addressed to the shipping company. We under no circumstances shall be liable for the damage merchandise or for any subsequent settlement of any claim with the shipping company. A signed receipt without any notation indemnifies the carrier as well as from any further damage claim. Discovery of damages after a cleared delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer. For buyer fraud prevention purposes, we will not reroute any package to a different address requested. All shipments must be delivered to the address stated in buyer's payment or if paying by PayPal, to the PayPal confirmed shipping address only.

Any customer who refused delivery of an order will be required to pay the original shipping charges, the additional return freight charges, and a 25% restocking fee/35% on special order. These charges must be paid in full before any future orders will be shipped.



Warranty / Liability

All products sold by are sold “AS-IS” to the customer. If the manufacturer offers warranty, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. All products sold are aftermarket products and are intended for showcase and off-road use only. We are not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. will not be responsible for the customer’s actions. By complying with our policies, customer understands the procedure and possible difficulty in assembling the product. We HIGHLY recommend that a professional with experienced technician perform the installation. Refunds will not be issued due to poor fitment.




Satisfaction Guarantee

Our goal is to give our customers the highest level of service possible, and we recognize that it is essential that our customers can shop knowing that they are protected. We consider it a privilege to have an opportunity to serve our customers, and we do not take lightly the responsibility of fulfilling orders in an accurate, timely fashion.

Have confidence when you order from us. If you are not satisfied with any item you order from us, you may return it within 14 days from the date of receipt for store credit or for a refund. We guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality of the product you ordered, or your money back. If you receive your order, and you simply change your mind about wanting the product, you may return it but you will not be refunded the shipping charges and you will responsible for a 25% re-stocking fee. Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and paperwork, and must be packaged properly so as to avoid shipping damage. Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless it is evidenced that the part(s) are defective or that we made an error in fulfillment of the order.

Checking the Status of Your Order 

Please always feel free to check with us for information regarding an order you've placed. Shortly after you place an order, your order is assigned an invoice number. You can contact us at any time to get your invoice number, which can be used to look up or reference your order. 

Items that are in stock normally take 5 to 7 days to be delivered. Orders that are not in stock are, on average, delivered 2 to 4 weeks from the time of order. 



Return/Exchange Policy and Authorization:

Please contact us should you choose to return or exchange merchandise. This will prevent confusion and will allow us to make arrangements.Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and paperwork, and must be packaged properly so as to avoid shipping damage. Returned merchandise that does not arrive in appropriate condition will not be refunded in full.

Please be sure you truly want something before you order it. If an order has been shipped, a 25% re-stocking fee will be assessed on cancellations, and you will be responsible for shipping costs to get the products back to us in good condition.

We pack all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. All shipments are fully insured. It is important that the parts be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for shipping damage. If damage is observed, either note damages in detail on the paperwork when signing for it, or simply refuse it due to damage. In the case of a shipment that is signed for as damaged or refused due to damage, we will file a claim with the shipping company and will ship a new product at no extra charge. If the package is signed for as being in good condition, then the customer takes full responsibility for the product and is releasing of liability for damage to the product. Every customer is protected against receiving damaged merchandise since every single shipment we send out is fully insured.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded unless it is evidenced that the part(s) are defective, if we made an error in fulfillment of the order, or if the customer received the package in damaged condition.

When receiving your order, be certain that you got exactly what you ordered. Remember that if you use, paint, or modify parts ordered in any way whatsoever, you will take over full liability for the parts. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.

All shipping prices include full insurance. Should your shipment get lost, we will assume liability for the package and will replace lost parts as quickly as possible and at no charge to you. Replacements can only be shipped after all claims with shipping company will be approved for reimbursement.
