When you order an item from our store, we provide you with an order number on the receipt that you receive though the email. You can use that number to find out the status of your order, including when it was shipped, and tracking information.
How to Check Your Order
All you need to do on this page is enter your Order Number in the first box and then your email in the second as indicated. Once you have entered that information, you will be taken to a screen that shows the status of your order, when it was shipped and the tracking information.
If your order has shipped, you will be able to locate your order with the tracking number provided. At ScopioneUSA, we put tracking numbers on all of our orders to ensure that they arrive at your location.
If your order has not shipped: We usually ship orders out within 48 to 72 hours. You will see the status of the order as it is being processed through our store.
