About Land Rover

Certainly one of the most successful and long running vehicles in England, the Range Rover has been going strong since its inception in 1970. Certainly a forerunner of the SUV line of vehicles, the Land Rover Company of England has struck a cord with the buying public thanks to the success of their Range Rover line. The history of the remarkable vehicle goes back nearly two decades before the initial model made its official appearance in 1971. The Rover Company developed the Rover P4 in 1951, a version that was eventually shelved for nearly 15 years until the idea was re-launched by engineers Gordon Bashford and Spen King.

By 1967, the first Range Rover prototypes were being tested and after several different configurations and pre-production models were built, the first official Range Rover model to be released occurred in 1970. Enjoy both commercial success and critical praise for its exceptional design the Range Rovers began their expansion into Europe and the Americas. By 1987, the Range Rover officially invaded the US and for the next several years there was only a single version available. As the 1990s came to fruition, the Land Rover Discovery and Defender 110 began selling and soon these new Range Rover versions became big hits with the public. Released in 1995, the Range Rover Sport began making waves and by 2011, the Range Rover Evoque came into being as well.

Impact of Carbon Fiber Technology on the Range Rover Line

Thanks to the improved twill weave construction, carbon fiber automotive and aftermarket parts are generally twice as strong as their steel counterparts, but weigh less than 1/4th the amount. The result is greater power, performance and handling from the vehicle.

What follows is a list of carbon fiber auto parts available for the Range Rover line as well as other types of vehicles; Air Scoop Duct Grille, Front Hood Grille Set, Side Fender Grille Scoop, Eye Lids & Eyebrows, Side Mirror Covers Shells, Door Pillars Panel Cover, Boot Trunk Spoiler Lip, Rear Bumper Spoiler Lip, Rear Bumper Diffuser Lip plus more.
