How We Ship Your Purchase
Before the finalization of the order, and during the checkout process, buyers learn what the shipping and handling charges are. Once the checkout process is completed, buyers will receive an Order Confirmation notice through the email they provided.
In stock items are shipped out between 48 and 72 hours via the UPS Ground service unless we’re given notification otherwise. This service will take between one and seven business days from the time we ship the order out. USPS mail is used for orders going to A.P.O and P.O Box addresses. Keep in mind that geographical location will dictate what shipping methods are available to use.
Shipments are sent only to the buyer’s PayPal-confirmed-listed address – we do not reroute packages to another requested address.
On international orders, we will send packages using the cheapest method available for your country – USPS Priority, UPS Express or DHL Express. If you want to know our international shipping rates, you can reach out to us.
How Shipping and Handling Charges Are Handled
We do not refund the shipping and handling charges. Any re-delivery charges are the responsibility of the buyer. If there are brokerage fees from the trucking company, the buyer is also responsible for them.
International customers must take responsibility for their customs clearance, taxes, brokerage, duties, etc., and not hold our company responsible for it. Again, international orders are shipped using the cheapest method possible.
How Damaged Items Are Handled
Despite our best efforts, damages to your item can occur during transportation. Therefore, the shipping company responsible for the transportation is responsible for the damage. The receiver must inspect all parts before the driver takes off or the shipping company can deny any claim.
If you have a dispute, you need to address the shipping company – we are not to be held liable for any damaged merchandise or for any following claim settlement with the shipping company.
Buyers who sign the receipt are stipulating that no damage was found and hold ScopioneUSA and the shipping carrier blameless for any later found damages. Therefore, repairs become the customers’ responsibility.
