How We Handle Our Customers’ Returns and Refunds

If you’re unhappy with any part of your order and want to send it back, you can do so and attain store credit (in gift card form) or exchange it for something you do want. We do not provide refunds but we will work tirelessly to make sure you are happy with your experience.

Cost Of Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is similar to driving back to a brick and mortar store to take an item back – it’s not refundable. We will not, under any circumstances, cover the costs for return shipping.

If you receive a defective item, we’ll be delighted to send you a replacement but we will not cover or reimburse you the shipping cost to return the defective item. We will send you a replacement product at our expense, taking time to look it over to ensure there are no defects.

What Our Return Process Is Like

When returning an item, it must be in the original purchased condition and have the original factory box and packaging. A return will not be processed without these conditions being met. It’s in your best interest to send all returns with a tracking confirmation number and insurance to ScopioneUSA. Any damaged or lost item being returned is not our responsibility.
